The Project consists of Phase 1 – (1) Relocation of the existing services (2) Substructure work consisting of Raft + 2 basements + lower ground floor + upper ground floor (3) Superstructure work consisting of Mezzanine floor + Level 1 + Level 1 Mezzanine + twenty typical floors + top of parapet (4) Finishing works (including external façade) (5) MEP works (including testing & commissioning) (6) External works.
